Meet Dan Noyce
With nearly 20 years of experience in movement science and a background that spans both academic and practical fields, I've dedicated my career to helping others achieve pain-free movement and peak performance. I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology, soon an M.S. in Exercise Science, and have worked extensively in both strength and conditioning and physical therapy clinics, helping athletes, construction workers, and individuals from all walks of life.
In addition to my practical experience, I've earned several advanced certifications in rehabilitation and performance training, and I've served as an educator, teaching anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, ensuring a research-based approach to every program I create.
My commitment to evidence-based practice became personal when my dad halted the progression of his rare, aggressive, and untreatable bone cancer through lifestyle changes. His journey showed me the power of research and how, when applied thoughtfully, can lead to transformative results. So whether you are an athlete, construction worker, office worker, or stay-at-home mom, I ensure the "why" and "how" behind every method are backed by science.
As a husband, father of two young boys and a black lab, I love being active and spending time outdoors. I appreciate the gift of movement and the wonder of the human body, and am passionate about turning research into results, so your body can move the way it needs to move to DO ANYTHING.
